There are over 70 miles of well-maintained trails for walking, hiking, trail running and more.
The Moosalamoo Trail starts at the trailhead parking lot near the Moosalamoo Campground entrance. It crosses the north branch of Voter Brook and climbs north east to the Oak Ridge Trail at 2.5 miles, a climb of 1,530 feet. The summit of Mt. Moosalamoo is 0.4 miles north on the Oak Ridge Trail, with views to the east. Average trip time is 4-5 hours round trip.
The Oak Ridge Trail begins from Route 125 and climbs south past several old roads and the Moosalamoo Trail, with views at the summit of Mt. Moosalamoo, a climb of 870 feet. The trail then descends past the Keewaydin Trail on a gentle ridge with views of Lake Dunmore, Lake Chaplain, and Lake George. The trail ends at the Rattlesnake Cliffs Trails at 8.1 miles. Average trip time si 8.5-9.5 hours round trip.
